Our goal was to process the common-, cooking-, and coarsewares that were excavated in the late 1990s and early 2000s. This would include the identification and illustration of these vessels, as well as doing quantitative analysis of the ceramics from across the excavation site. The dating and identification of this material would contribute to a greater understanding of a) Hellenistic period coarseware ceramics from South Italy (typology, chronology) and b) the functional aspects of these vessels.
