A range of activities and events on campus will be held to help students de-stress. Some of the workshops include a Colour- ing Lounge in the library, where students can sit down and colour on different printed out templates and a build-your-own wellness kit where students can pick out the items that can help them get through their exam period, including notebooks and chocolate. Later this week, ther- apy dogs will be brought to campus and free coffee and snacks are being given out at various times. These events allow for students to take a break from their classes and studying for exams with the goal of lowering stress levels among students.
